COMMENTS

I have had Summerwine for about one year know having sold 'Amy' my Norman 20 which was a joint venture with my brother in law . I saw Summerwine sitting in the Mooring at Cosgrove on the grand union canal for about four years going green. I finally tracked down the owner and cheekily offer him £1500 for it after the new mooring fees and licence dew he agreed. I have to rip out the water heater and renew the gas to get it through the boat cert.. I have replaced the carpets curtains and recovered the cushions. I have fitted a rudder on the Honda 10 outboard to help the steering and fitted two leisure batteries and a solar panel to top them up. I am based one the grand union canal in Milton Keynes but have gone as far as Braunston Leister and cruised down to Billing on the river Nene.
